Spicy Tomato & Sausage Pie

Summer tomato season means tomato pie time! I spiced this up a notch with hot sausage and pepperjack cheese. It isn't overly spicy, but has just a little kick. Pairs great as the main dish with a salad and fresh sweet corn.
